birthday joy

well, as long as friends keep sending me pictures,
i can keep posting!
october-066.jpg
i was treated to a wonderful eve
in honor of my birthday
of drink and food (real “tailgate food” as jerry said)
music and children
dogs and blankets
wind and song
i looked around so many times
and was grateful for each face
we have so much to give each other!

this photo does seem like a p.s. to the last post.

and for the record, we do have a one-at-a-time jumping rule…wow, how a group of adults eager to visit will adapt.

Just look at those children responding to your presence. Look at how you draw out all that is good in them!

Yes. We know what happens when more than one gets on the trampoline: Spenser and a fractured leg.

Didn’t know it was your birthday. Didn’t get it from your floks cause they were gone (I guess). Anyway, a belated Birthday Wish to you. Was there a surprise for you?
